Registration is now open for the OOB Recreation Basketball Programs for the 2025-2026 season! This includes our youth clinics for kids in Pre-K through 2nd grades and our recreational teams for kids in 3rd through 6th grades.

Youth Basketball Clinics--Pre-K thru 2nd grades
Our youth clinics are a 6-week program aimed at introducing young children to the basics of basketball. Each week participants will learn the game of basketball through a combination of practicing skills and game play. Skill development will focus on dribbling, shooting, passing, sportsmanship, and teamwork! This is a great program for participants to learn and build fundamental skills with game play opportunity offered in a friendly setting.
Clinic Dates: Saturdays--1/10, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31, 2/7 and 2/14

Clinic Pricing: Pre-K/K: $60 1st/2nd: $65
Clinic Times: Pre-K/K: 9am-9:50am 1st/2nd: 10am-10:50am
Local Recreational Travel--3rd thru 6th grades
This is an exciting and inclusive travel sports program designed to provide boys & girls in 3rd/4th and 5th/6th grades with an opportunity to learn, develop, and enjoy the game of basketball. This league consists of local communities in Southern Maine, with a focus on teaching fundamental skills, basic rules, and strategies in an age-appropriate manner.
Dates: Practices will begin the week of 12/1 with games anticipated to begin the weekend of 1/10/2026. Please note that this is tentative, and exact dates/times are TBD.
