Gull Care Before & After School Care 2024-2025

Gull Care Registration Process:

***There is NO online registration available at this time. We are requiring the forms to be completed and sent to us. Our staff will register your child and you will receive confirmation. Please make sure your email and contact info is correct.
We are excited to start our new school year of Gull Care. This year we are offering Morning Care ONLY if we have a minimum of 10 weekly participants. The following is the process to register your child(ren) for Gull Care for  the 2024-2025 school year:
  1. Please, if you haven't already, make a household account on our website and add all family members including parents.
  2. Please click on the different forms below. Click each of the child care forms and download them to fill out. These forms are the Registration 2024-25 Form, and the Gull Care Calendar/Payment Schedule. If your child has any medical concerns, an IEP, or any other concerns you would like us to be aware of, please also fill out the Child Concern Form.
  3.  DHHS is requiring all certified programs to attain copies of each child’s immunization records to keep on file at the department. We can not process your child’s membership without a copy of the immunizations record emailed to the address below or faxed to us at 207-934-5260 at OOB Child Care.
Once you have completed these forms please email them to oobchildcare@oobmaine.com  or bring them to our Ballpark Office.
  1. Once we get your forms, we will register your child and send confirmation.
  2. Please note, there is an annual registration fee of $40 per child required at time of registration.
