Meet New Furry Companions: Interact with adorable cats, dogs, and other furry friends at the shelter. Learn about their unique personalities, needs, and the importance of responsible pet ownership.

Educational Sessions: Our knowledgeable staff will guide your child through engaging lessons on pet safety, proper care, and the significance of animal shelters in our community.

Crafts and Games: Unleash creativity with animal-themed crafts and games. From paw-print art to exciting puzzles, your child will have a blast while reinforcing valuable lessons.

Building Friendships: Foster a sense of compassion and empathy as your child builds lasting connections with both their human peers and our lovable animal residents.

Afterschool Timeline
Students will be picked up from their classroom directly afterschool be provided a snack. We will travel to the Animal Welfare Society on our small recreation bus for the program. Once the program is finished, we will travel back to The Ballpark. Pick up will be at 4:45pm in front of The Ballpark at 7 Ballpark Way. IF your child is registered for Gull Care for the day, they will be transported back to Gull Care following the program.
