NEW FOR 1ST/2ND GRADERS The afterschool floor hockey program promises an exciting and engaging experience for kids looking to explore the world of sports. Participants will be divided into teams of three, fostering teamwork and camaraderie as they compete in round-robin style games. Beyond the thrill of competition, the program emphasizes skill development through challenges in passing, shooting, and defending. These activities aim to enhance the fundamental skills of each participant in a fun and supportive environment. As the four-week program concludes, the young athletes will celebrate their achievements with a well-deserved pizza party, creating lasting memories of friendship and sportsmanship. The program not only provides a platform for physical activity but also instills important values of teamwork and skill enhancement.

Afterschool Timeline
Students will be picked up from their classroom directly afterschool be provided a snack. Pick up will be at 3:45pm at the Jameson Elementary School. *IMPORTANT* You must text the Gull Care cell phone when arriving to pick up your child. They will be brought out by a recreation staff member to your car. The phone number is 207-205-6160. IF your child is registered for Gull Care for the day, they will be transported back to Gull Care following the program.
