Welcome to Nature Buddies, where adventure awaits for our youngest nature enthusiasts! Designed with Kindergarten through 5th graders in mind, our afterschool program offers a perfect blend of exploration, creativity, and outdoor fun.
At Nature Buddies, we believe in the magic of nature and the joy of discovery. Our primary activity revolves around taking short walks on scenic walking trails, where children can immerse themselves in the beauty of the natural world. Guided by recreation staff, they'll embark on exciting journeys filled with fascinating sights, sounds, and discoveries around every corner.
But the exploration doesn't end there! Back at our base camp, children unleash their creativity through a variety of engaging crafts inspired by their outdoor adventures. We incorporate fun and energetic physical education games into our program, ensuring that children not only connect with nature but also stay active and engaged. From nature-themed relay races to animal-inspired yoga poses, every activity is designed to promote teamwork, coordination, and a love for the great outdoors.
